Directions from Sheffield (about 20 minutes)
Head North out of Sheffield on the A61.
Look out for Hillsborough Park and bear Left onto the A6102.
Pass through Oughtibridge and Wharncliffe Side.
Look for a Left turn signed to Bolsterstone (and Sailing Club!).BEWARE there are TWO roads sharing this junction, the one you need is the lower, left-hand one through the gateway.
Follow the road (speed bumps) till the trees open up on the left and you see the reservoir valve tower.
Access to the club is left through the gate and across the dam wall. Take care with the very tight bend at the far end, then straight on and you can’t miss us!
Coming South
The A616 Stocksbridge bypass is probably the best way, then onto the A6102 going South through Deepcar and look out for a right turn.
